From August 30th to August 31st 2023. hosted by the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shaanxi Province, and co-organized by Shaanxi Province’s small and medium-sized enterprises, was successfully held in the ancient capital of the Thirteen Dynasties, “Xi’an”, Our staff had the honor to participate in this training, which included "Interpretation of Shaanxi Province's Private Economy Development and Benefiting Enterprise Policies", "Extreme Thinking and Business Ability" The comprehensive interpretation of "Transformation Management of Specialized, Refined, and New Enterprises" to "Quality Improvement Action in Modern Manufacturing Industry" has greatly benefited us, laid a solid foundation for the future development of enterprises, and pointed out the direction of development.
“Specialized, refined, and innovative " is proposed by the Chinese government in recent years for industrial small and medium-sized enterprises with the characteristics of "specialization, refinement, peculiarity and novelty". The purpose is to explore the potential of the enterprise, through its unique technology, excellence in management concept and refined production process, and has a strong independent research and development ability, good at innovation, to create a professional, meet the market demand of small and medium-sized enterprises.
